Film Sound Design

Here are some excerpts of various documentaries, short films and corporate videos I have worked on, plus a couple of film scoring contests I have entered.

I had the privilege of composing the sound track for this documentary that celebrates the 100th Anniversary of the Cornish Library. Here are a few excerpts. The full video can be seen on MTS Video on Demand: Stories from Home.

I scored this short film (26 minutes) in 2013. It's a fascinating story concept. The main character believes that he will die if his sand timer runs out.

I helped with some scoring on this film by Hersh Seth.

This is a short Nasa video that I scored as part of a contest sponsored by Spitfire Audio. The rule was to only use the Whitacre Choir plug in sample to create the entire score.

Manitoba Theatre Centre Homecoming. I composed some music to play along with the video presentation for the MTC 50th Anniversary Homecoming celebration.

This was a score for a contest with the software company 8dio. I used only the sounds of a ticking clock to create this whole score.
